Oceanaire Seafood Restaurant,
Wed, Feb 8th,
The American Institute of Wine and Food/Baltimore Chapter invite you to the newly
opened Oceanaire Seafood Room at 801 Aliceanna Street on Wednesday, February
8 at 6:30 p.m. for a 5-course dinner based on the bounty of our waters and a
lively discussion on the state of the habitats from which they come.
Executive Chef Paul Jarrett of Oceanaire Seafood Room will join forces with
Kurt Friesland of the region’s most respected seafood purveyor, J.J.
McDonnell, to host a wide-ranging discussion on fin and shellfish. Bring your
questions about sustainability, the health of the Bay, species of oysters,
seafood cooking technique - you name it. Paul and Kurt will do their best to
provide answers, along with a delightful five-course meal.
